Providing guidance in discovery finds clarity and answers from within as well as provision of expert advice, as required, if clients are confronted with specific challenges.

Coaching Structure 

The nature of services are highly dependent on how best to assist clients to achieve their transformational aspiration.

Typical challenges clients face mean that there is usually need for both internal and external reflection. Early assessment gets us started working to achieve the goals. Direct experience with most clients calls for a continual assessment, feedback, and reflection loop.

As a result, client’s realise their original goal is not their ‘endgame’ goal that really wants to be achieved.

Various coaching packages are recommended based on assessment in the first client interaction.  Packages available include:

 

One complimentary 'Discovery Session' to identify the specifics of your needs followed by a debrief and package recommendation; 

One - Off Session – this is usually recommended during an existing coaching program or package when a critical event or situation occurs and the client needs to make a decision very quickly yet is challenged by certain factors that  may not align to the business direction or is in potential conflict with his or her core value;  

One Month, Three Month and Nine Month Coaching Packages
